- Recommend to use this memo to write the proposal - proposal template
- Try to save and edit this memo for your convenience
- A4 1 page paper is good, not recommend more than 2 pages

2. Problem Definition (Essential)
One paragraph to describe what you will do, and what problem do you want to solve.
3. Motivation (Essential)
Explain why upper problem would be issued, why do you think this is 'good(!!)' problem.
Whatever the problems, it should be have academic contribution on the CS540 Network Architecture class.
4. Approach (Essential)
One paragraph to describe what approach you use.
Brief schedule is needed.
5. Deliverable (Essential)
Concise specification about your output after the project.
6. Reference list (Essential)
Key paper lists for the project.
2 papers is good for primary one, and secondary one.
7. Remarks (Optional)
Other thing to notify

4. Hunting the Project item
The best way to select item is below:
- Common area between your research and network area
- Topic that you could handle during this semester from reference lists (see below reference list)
- See the project list at the last course (2001 Fall / 1999 Fall), however, every project did not have proper degree at that time.
- Basically, one person per one project.
- When you need more than one person, you should specify each person's duties precisely.
- Describe each person's partition at 'Approach' in the proposal.
- Not permitted more than three person generally, in special case, need to agree with TA or professor.
